Ever have a registration that contains errors, or maybe the payment information was entered incorrectly... or maybe you just need to create a fresh registration with updated pricing or discounts. Here's what you can do:
- Find the registration using the search feature on the administrator home page, or the Registration report.
- Click the order number (on the far right).
- Remove any payments that have been made.
NOTE: You will not be able to remove payments made online with a credit card.
- Switch each registration in the order to a status of "Un-registered" and save the order.
That's it. Once you've updated the registration using the steps above, it will no longer show up in the registration reports (unless you search for Un-registered), and will not be included in the financial reports.
